About Me

I’m a qualified Psychosynthesis therapist and illustrator offering online therapy and in-person sessions in North London. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, and addiction, with a particular focus on early wounding, inner child work, parts works and high sensitivity (HSP).
My own journey has led me to embrace the complexity of being human—the contradictions, the hidden parts, and the search for meaning beyond what we’ve been taught to be.
As an artist, I’ve always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface. Creativity continues to shape how I work—whether through visual imagery, metaphor, journaling, or body-based awareness. I see therapy as a deeply creative and integrative process, one that supports healing, connection, and transformation.
Being a parent has deepened my understanding of attachment, emotional development, and how early relationships influence how we love, cope, and protect ourselves. This has given me a particular sensitivity to those navigating inner child wounds, family dynamics, or cycles of emotional disconnection.
Who I Work With
I work with people navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges—from anxiety, low mood, and burnout, to relationship difficulties, self-worth struggles, and feeling stuck or disconnected in life.
Some of my clients come to therapy during a life transition or after a difficult experience. Others are simply seeking a space to make sense of themselves, their emotions, or long-standing patterns they want to change.
Many of the people I work with:
• Feel things deeply or identify as Highly Sensitive (HSP)
• Struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, or self-doubt
• Experience inner conflict or emotional overwhelm
• Are navigating the impact of early relationships or family dynamics
• Want to explore meaning, identity, or a deeper connection to self
Whether you’re in crisis, burned out, or just sensing that something isn’t quite right, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

What To Expect
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Sessions are shaped around your unique needs, but generally follow a structure that allows for both deep exploration and practical integration.
